Case Manager – Personal Injury | Darwin, NT

By joining our high performing team in Darwin, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.
 

We are seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with both relevant regulatory and AAL requirements.  The role will be responible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
 

 You'll be responsible for

  • Manage MAC (motor accident injury claims)
  • Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
  • Make key liability decisions
  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
