Allianz Trade is looking for an API Consultant passionate about technology and eager to support our clients and partners in integrating Allianz Trade APIs.
Your Role:
As an API Consultant, you will be in direct contact with policyholders, brokers, and technology partners, playing a key role in:
- Supporting sales teams to promote and integrate our API solutions.
- Understanding client needs and providing technical guidance in the integration and management of API solutions.
- Leading technology migration initiatives (e.g., SOAP to REST).
- Continuously improving Allianz Trade's API services.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Provide technical expertise on APIs during responses to RFPs and sales presentations.
- Client Service:
- Deliver API consulting services to clients and partners.
- Ensure the quality of existing API services and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to optimize the functionality and quality of services.
- Project Support:
- Contribute to strategic projects, particularly the migration from SOAP to REST, by defining technical requirements and preparing migration manuals.
- Team Collaboration:
- Share feedback and best practices with colleagues.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.
Your Profile:
- Education and Experience:
- Expertise in web services/APIs.
- Strong understanding of credit insurance policy management processes and clauses.
- Knowledge of Allianz Trade products and backend systems.
- Solid experience in customer service and technical project management.
- Key Skills:
- Fluency in English (a second language is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in business and IT contexts.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Additional Assets:
- Passion for new technologies.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and technology trends.
