Role Overview
In this role you will be working within the Allianz Services Retained IT organization directly reporting to the Global CIO. As the IDP Coordinator you will be responsible for all IDP applications within Allianz Services supported by the local IT organizations at all our locations. Furthermore, you will closely align with our enterprise architects to document IDP applications in our AZ standard tool ADOIT. In addition, you will be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all IDP applications being recorded cross-locations. You’ll oversee and validate the compliant IDP identification, registration, and development with the support of the local IT departments.
You will be able to contribute in shaping our future IT setup being one vital chain link in the global AZ Services CIO area. You will gain a solid experience in an international and multicultural environment. The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to different lines of business.
What You Will Do :
- Annual participation in role-specific IDP coordinator training
- Annual contribution to sample tests / assessments conducted by IDP Governance for IDPs within area of responsibility
- Annual confirmation of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the IDP entries in the central IDP register and support of external audits
- Regular support for identification and risk assements and compliant operationalization (documentation, sign-off) of new IDP applications
- Checks of productive IDP applications, in particular the fulfillment of target measures and correctness and completeness of IDP documentation
- Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the IDP Governance function
- Design and implementation of an IDP life cycle
- Yearly attestation and sign-off process
What You Bring :
- 2-3 years of experience in IT projects and / or IT-run business, or a similar role within a corporate IT environment (operating in an international and large organization would be advantageous).
- General IT-affinity and basic IT kowledge about office solutions used in every-day work
- Experience in coordinating administrative tasks compromising multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of general IT & data security and IT risk standards at Allianz
- Change Management experience desirable
- Understanding of data privacy policies, procedures and guidelines, and data rocessing activities
- Familiar with DORA and ist activities within AZ Group
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven individual.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling ad-hoc requests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Solid interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with peers and other departments, and the ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders to drive change.
- Willingness to travel is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
