Job role
We are hiring a talented Financial Accountant in the area of Treasury and Bank Accounting to join our team in Casablanca office. The role is part of Financial Hub which provides finance related services to various Allianz entities around the globe.
Responsibilities

Account statement processing as part of bank accounting, clarification of unassigned cash flows

Ensuring that all bank movements in SAP/Data Pool are either posted automatically or, if not, process them manually

Reconciliation of GL accounts related to those postings (e.g. suspense accounts)

Reconciliation of bank account balances (Data Pool/SAP GL account vs. bank account in Allianz Treasury Platform)

Processing of intercompany and accounts receivable accounting, reconciliation of receivables/payables and monitoring of open items

Performance of analytical reconciliation tasks within the framework of account responsibility

Participation in projects related to payment transactions and SAP environment

Handling the payment and related accounting processes for Allianz companies

Monthly data aggregation (transactions, balances) for several legal entities from different reports generated from a cash management system

Sort data into cashflow types, such as operating, financing and investing cashflows, according to transactions attributes in the cash management system (Allianz Treasury Platform)

Investigate mismatches between monthly cashflows (e.g. beginning and ending balances of the month)
Requirements
- 3-5y+ experience in finance industry including working with cash management systems / SAP FI/CO
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel
- Strong analytical, communication skills and team player
- Proficiency in English is required. French proficiency is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work with various departments in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
