Job Purpose
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our Call Center Outbound team. The position holder will be responsible for representing Allianz, engaging with customers via telephone, to present and promote the Company’s products.

 

What you will do
•    Conduct outbound telephone campaigns to existing Company customers or other market players, to inform them about the Company’s benefits and services, adhering to a predefined communication script
•    Handle the dispatch and receipt of correspondence regarding new applications, and check the received documents for any outstanding issues
•    Record the communication results on a daily basis
•    Inform customers of the outcome of their application

 

What you bring
•    Certificate of Insurance Intermediaries (Type A)
•    Bachelor's Degree in Technical Education. Higher degree will be considered an asset
•    Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office)
•    Experience with CRM software
•    Desired experience of at least 2 years in a relevant position
•    Excellent command of Greek and English language
•    Responsible and flexible personality with effective communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills 
•    Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different kind of characters
•    Communication and cooperation skills, team spirit
