The Workplace Service Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing workplace services within the CEE region, will act as a customer interface for all Allianz CEE operating entities.

This role focuses on ensuring the efficient delivery of workplace technology and services to support the needs of employees across various locations in collaboration with shared services IF&IS teams.

The Workplace Service Lead drives the strategic direction of workplace services and ensures alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

 

You will

  • Lead a teams of workplace service specialists, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction:
    • Service Desk &Workplace L1 (SK/CZ)
    • Service Desk &Workplace L2 (SK/CZ)
    • Service Desk&Workplace (AT)

 

  • Participate in solving emergency situations e.g. Incidents / Problems.
  • Responsible for managing customer escalations end to end
  • Cooperate with disciplinary head to setup processes, budget, stability of systems.
  • Prepare reports on demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies for delivering efficient and effective workplace services, including IT support, desk-side assistance, and asset management.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize initiatives to enhance workplace technology and services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of workplace services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to workplace services, recommending innovations and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to workplace services to ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for service quality and cost optimizations, ensuring that workplace services are meeting agreed quality expectations (SLA management) as well as continuous improvements and optimisation of services.
  • Responsible for facilitate issue resolution in project & services and coordinate internal and external resources, develop project scopes, including timeline and financials and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Responsible to setup and lead project teams and delegate tasks to successful implementation and proper documentation and handover/transition to operations
  • Responsible for managing customer demands, drive the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products

 

Your skills

  • Bachelor (BSc), Master (MSc) or equivalent experience in a technical field (for example, Computer Science, Engineering...)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent technical knowledge of interaction between IT applications, network and infrastructure components (knowledge of Allianz IT systems landscape is a benefit)
  • Good ITIL® knowledge (ITIL® foundation level is beneficial)
  • Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong skills in motivation.
  • Relationship management
