Position Cluster: 

As IT Service Manager, you will work hand in hand with the respective delivery units from the specialist area, as well as in an international context with highly committed teams. Strong IT expertise and in-depth service and project management knowledge to understand and implement the existing group standards, as well as confident interaction with various IT stakeholders round off your profile and form the basis for successful cooperation. The position also offers you the prospect of developing into a management role.

You will

- Operational and coordinating support for urgent service issues (e.g. support with incident coordination, audits & compliance) in project mode if necessary

- Ongoing optimisation of service definitions and documentation

- Negotiating service level agreements with customers and providers and monitoring key performance indicators for service provision

- Coordination and planning of requirements, e.g. licence management

- Technical support and guidance of employees in the newly introduced service-orientated delivery along the ITIL criteria as well as the development of instructions with regard to the continuous improvement of service delivery


Your skills

 

- Completed studies (computer science, business informatics or mathematics) or comparable training

- Fluent written and spoken German and English

- Sound experience in IT service/project management (ideally software development, infrastructure)

- Proactive, structured and independent way of working as well as decision-making ability and assertiveness

- Experience with a ticket and incident management system (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage
