The position holder of Head of Demand and Capacity Management will play a pivotal role in steering and advancing the Budapest-based nearshoring center of excellence for CT1, especially AzD. You will

  • Develop and implement a visionary and transformative strategy for the Budapest nearshoring center, ensuring alignment with CT1's global strategic direction and goals.
  • Engage with CT1's appropriate executive team, particularly in Munich, to drive strategic synergy, optimize resource utilization, and guarantee effective project execution.
  • Influence organizational decisions and policies that impact the broader business landscape.Cultivate a top-tier management team, nurturing a culture of excellence, ingenuity, and continuous progress.Implement leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Lead the integration of sophisticated agile methodologies across all facets of software development and deployment.
  • Facilitate high-level operational collaboration between Budapest and Munich offices, ensuring coherence in vision, objectives, and practices.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and partnerships, enhancing AZTEC's international standing.
  • Position AZTEC as a trailblazer in the software development sector by advocating for and integrating state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies.
  • Engage with key external stakeholders, including top-tier clients and strategic partners, to bolster relationships and understand industry dynamics and serve as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders, guiding the organization in aligning with market demands.
  • Manage substantial budgets and resources, formulating strategic decisions to maximize financial performance and resource efficacy.
  • Provide oversight on significant investments and financial strategies that affect the organization's bottom line.

 

Your skills

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive executive-level experience in software development, preferably in a nearshoring or multinational context.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, distributed teams and managing cross-cultural, cross-location collaborations.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven track record in strategic decision-making and organizational development.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
