Job role

The Transformation Project Manager - Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) will be a pivotal role in evolving the service within Allianz Services, especially across various locations and customers. This role involves coordinating a dynamic team to deliver a comprehensive roadmap that focuses on establishing and refining BAT practices using innovative methodologies including Automation & General AI (Gen-AI). The manager will work with task force to define and implement a BAT playbook, strategy, and governance model that ensures consistent and high-quality test practices across all platforms, along with setting clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The candidate will foster an environment of continuous improvement, automation to keep the BAT practices scalable, efficient, and future-ready.

What you will do

• Project Management and Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Business Case Development: Construct and present detailed business cases for transformation projects, highlighting benefits, risks, and return on investment to support decision-making processes.
• Steering Committee Management: Organize and manage steering committee meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders on project objectives and outcomes.
• Workstream Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of various workstreams, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and ensure buy-in and support for the project.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and deliverables.
