Job role

Operational support for the implementation of Protection & Resilience and Information Security requirements within our local organization.

 

What you will do

Protection & Resilience

  • Support for the implementation and maintenance of the operational resilience domains (Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Protective Security Management, Global Incident Management and Crisis Management);
  • Prepare, revise and maintain relevant Protection & Resilience documentations, reports and analysis;
  • Support business owners throughout the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle including outsourcing classification, outsourcer risk assessment, due diligence, vendor selection, contracting and service management, as well as control implementation etc.;
  • Create awareness of P&R requirements and associated responsibilities within our organization

 

Information Security

  • Suport for implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management System requirements, risk identification and assessments, prevention, and advice with respect to the Information Security risk areas of the local organization
  • Promote security culture and knowledge of Information Security requirements across the organization
  • Support and conduct Information security training and awareness
  • Support the implementation of Information Security principles and procedures during the full service life cycle for services offered to Allianz entities.
  • Support in developing effective strategies to mitigate identified information security risks.

 

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience working in associated areas (Information Security / Protective Security / Business Continuity/ Risk management)
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • University degree required
  • Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Recommended certifications:
    • ISO 22301, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor

  • Ability to take proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/ recommendations to issues or problems;
  • Develop and carry out plans to deliver quality results on time;
  • Team player, ability to work individually and virtual international , share information and support colleagues; International experience a plus
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and open to new learning opportunities
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
