What you will do

  • You will support the development and implementation of a holistic contract management approach in Procurement that meets business and regulatory requirements.
  • You work tool based and strive to make use automation to support digital process enhancements.
  • You ensure data quality by performing constant monitoring and process optimization.
  • You enhance the existing monitoring process focusing on automation.
  • By constantly monitoring the process, you identify and discuss IT related defects and delivery problems with internal IT service provider and ensure resolution.
  • You will support the global procurement community to apply Allianz contract management process correctly by assuring a state of the art technical system set up.
  • You develop training materials and periodically guide / train Allianz global procurement community.
  • You are ensuring together with the Data Analytics team in procurement that relevant KPI//reports on contract management are being generated in an automated manner to monitor, steer, and control the process.
  • You are aligning with global commodity managers, local procurement management, technical IT teams as well as internal stakeholders (e.g. Data Privacy, Information Security) to define, train and support them on the global contract management process blueprint.

What you bring

  • Academic degree in technical or business disciplines
  • 3-5 years of professional job description related experience
  • Profound understanding of contract management processes in Procurement
  • Good understanding of Project and Process Management
  • Good knowledge of SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract
  • Ability to perform advanced analysis of contract data pulled from the different sources
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Excel -  Excel macro programming skills are an advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; Creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
  • Well versed in presentation techniques
  • Intercultural work experience
