Key responsibilities / You will get to:

  • Identify project opportunities and carry out pitches with clients 
  • Produce proposals incl. cost estimates, resource allocation and convince in client interaction as well as expectation management
  • Manage projects, workstreams and tasks end-to-end
  • Provide expert consultancy and guidance, to support our customers and their stakeholders and target groups
  • Develop strategic and future-focused learning solutions and global offerings in response to training indicators, org need and industry benchmarks, in collaboration with project and business managers 
  • Build Learning Programs at large and work on training administration, enable the consolidation of all learning engagements across locations
  • Develop training process guidelines, improve existing training methods, standards as well as processes through conscious training impact analysis and enable organizational development
  • Research market trends, and adapt and build best practices in the field of learning & development and integrate it into learning solutions
  • Oversee the delivery of learning, incl. end-to-end administration, tool management, documentation, reporting, target group-oriented preparation of KPIs, data analysis & process optimization
  • Drive internal and external communication channels to reach stakeholders & target group

 

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

  • Experience working in an international, global virtual environment, cognizant of hybrid work cultures 
  • Strong problem solving skills, sense of ownership and initiative, and service orientation
  • Exposure to solution building, setting up of structures, governance disciplines 
  • Advanced education with demonstrated work application in relevant areas – SF, Degreed, and other learning platforms
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, LMS and survey tools; Good command over English
