Job role The Head of Business Transformation Unit is a strategic leader responsible for driving and managing major change initiatives to increase efficiency and improve outcomes for Allianz Services. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, designing, and leading transformation programs, overseeing portfolio management, and fostering strong relationships to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives.
