Job role

The Head of Business Transformation Unit is a strategic leader responsible for driving and managing major change initiatives to increase efficiency and improve outcomes for Allianz Services. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, designing, and leading transformation programs, overseeing portfolio management, and fostering strong relationships to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives.

 

What you will do

  • Design and lead transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Allianz Services’ strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership for the end – to - end Transformation Program, articulating a clear vision of change supported by evidence-based business cases.
  • Implement and maintain robust program and project management practices and Frameworks: Transitions, Solutioning, Pricing, Control framework, Agile, Automation, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation.
  • Oversee portfolio management to ensure alignment, resource optimization, and risk management.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain excellent governance arrangements across all transformation programs and projects.
  • Drive innovation, align metrics and success measures to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead change management strategies, leveraging innovative solutions to realize the change vision.
  • Implement performance monitoring systems and align with established metrics and roadmaps.
  • Define and measure success criteria to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

 

What you bring

  • Senior-level experience in complex environments, overseeing multiple transformation projects involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale transformational change, effectively communicating a compelling vision.
  • Proficiency in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, programs, and cultural initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing innovative commissioning frameworks and approaches.
  • Proven track record of aligning financial resources strategically with people, technology, and other assets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • End to End business acumen and experience in large Transformation Programs.
  • Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
