Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
- Update existing customer information
- Process of claim services
- Route calls to appropriate team
- Follow up customer calls untill completion and the members are always informed of the progress.
Must Have
- Bachelor degree or higher level in related fields
- Preferably 2-3 years experiences in service industry.
- Good communication and telephone skills (listening, comprehension, explaining)
- Good written and verbal skills in both Thai and English.
- Able to work under pressure.
