Provide good customer service as the first line of contact with after sale service. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.

 

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process of claim services
  • Route calls to appropriate team
  • Follow up customer calls untill completion and the members are always informed of the progress.

 

Must Have

  • Bachelor degree or higher level in related fields
  • Preferably 2-3 years experiences in service industry.
  • Good communication and telephone skills (listening, comprehension, explaining)
  • Good written and verbal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Able to work under pressure.
