  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process of claim services
  • Route calls to appropriate team
  • Follow up customer calls till completion and the members are always informed of the progress.

 

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2-5 years experiences in customer service or call center.
  • Good English communication skill
  • Problem Solving Skill

Nice to Have

  • Experience in medical service industry or health insurance business to be advantage.
