Your day at Allianz Ayudhya

  • Develop action plan to improve and maintain maturity level of BCM, CM and GIM that aligned with group standards & functional rules and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Execute BCM action plan that cover business impact analysis (BIA), BCM risk assessment (RIA), business continuity strategy design, business continuity plan (BCP) development & maintenance, exercise & testing and BCM training & awareness activities.
  • Execute CM action plan that cover crisis scenario identification & review, general and scenario specific crisis plan development & maintenance, crisis exercise & testing and crisis training & awareness activities.
  • Execute GIM action plan that cover all As-Is and To-Be incident management processes for 4 types of incident and training & awareness activities.
  • Ensure the all incident management processes aligned with GIM standards & functional rules.
  • Handle and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution of global incident.
  • Ensure all BCM, CM and GIM relevant documents are up to date.
  • Identify opportunities and implement changes to processes to improve performance, efficiency and customer service whilst maintaining a strong handle on expense line.
  • Work with all teams across the OEs (L&H and P&C) to deliver a fully compliant and technically excellent service ensuring delivery is in line with the expectation of the brand.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across Allianz OE, Allianz Technology and other OE’s, as well as corporate partners and external clients.

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Prior experience of BCM, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Health & Safety Management and/or risk management desirable

Nice to have

  • Awareness and understanding of ISO22301 and other relevant Industry Standards
  • Highly effective communication with the ability to influence and drive change with relevant stakeholders
  • Minimum CBCI and working towards AMBCI qualification
  • Experience of controlling a financial budget
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
