Automotive Services - Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and analyze roadside cases, making decisions on providing services to clients.
- Consult and advise solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate the performance of service station staff and external providers.
- Monitor daily roadside service cases for both the company's fleet and external providers.
- Follow up on any problems and create solutions during roadside services.
- Resolve RSA complaints.
- Prepare documents for training related to RSA services and other general network tasks.
- Develop the performance of the company's fleet and providers, ensuring they meet standards.
- Summarize service reports and support the general network to develop and improve the effectiveness of service implementation according to standardized company processes.
- Support the company in increasing profit and reducing costs.
- Monitor claims costs and savings to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Support other network department projects to achieve targets.
- Perform other duties and additional assignments as required by the supervisor.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in automotive service management or roadside assistance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in automotive services, leadership skills, and a passion for improving service delivery.
