As an SAP HCM Expert, you'll be a vital member of our dynamic and agile IT team, committed to maintaining and advancing HR systems for Allianz Spain and Allianz Portugal. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless HR operations by analyzing, estimating, developing, and testing HR requirements across various modules.
What you do
- End-to-End Management: Oversee and resolve local payroll system (SAP HCM) incidents, developments, and new legal requirements from start to finish.
- Time Management: Handle all aspects of time management local system (SAP HCM) incidents, developments, and new legal requirements.
- Support & Liaison: Provide first-level support for SuccessFactors-SAP interface issues and second-level support for SuccessFactors data issues, serving as the IT bridge between local HR departments and Central IT.
What you bring
- Extensive Experience: 5+ years in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll or Time Management modules.
- Agile Expertise: Proficient in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of iterative incremental delivery.
- SuccessFactors Knowledge: Advanced user knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
- Technical Skills: Additional skills in ABAP, Fiori, SF-SAP interface, ALEs, Roles/Permissions, and SAP HANA are highly desirable.
- Global Experience: Experience working in an international and Agile environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
