About the Job 

As a Product Owner you will lead a part of the Scrum team, supporting change throughout the full development process from concept to delivery in the Product domain. You will evaluate all opportunities and prioritize what is built and delivered through a clear concise backlog.


You will support the Business Analysis/Scrum Team and Business Owners with solution validation, review of epics, user stories, designs and solutions. You will create and prioritize the Product Backlog, define the vision of the product according to the partners. You understand customers, market, competition, and identify trends and opportunities in each of these areas.


What you do

  • Manage the Product Backlog, including expressing Product Backlog items, ordering and prioritizing the items to best achieve goals and missions, representing the requests of the partners in the Product Backlog.
  • Provide updates and create transparency towards the customer on what the Scrum Team will work on next.
  • Ensure that product increments are delivered of high-quality and consider customer and partner feedback for product improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management for gathering information, understanding expectations and clarifying any inconsistencies or conflicting requirements to ensure alignment
  • Provider management to execute the different prioritized initiatives.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience focused on creating product backlog, eliciting requirements, determining priorities and driving the development team for execution of backlog, preferably in the functional area of Payments and Collections.
  • Agile mindset, agile methodology experience and knowledge in iterative incremental delivery.
  • Experience in Payment and Collections business processes desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problem with critical thinking generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.
  • Relevant work experience in leadership, management, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience in an international and Agile environment desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or other relevant fields or degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English.
