About the Job
The Risk Management function at Allianz Technology encompasses both Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management (ORM). As a key member of the ORM team, you will serve as the Product Owner for the IRM@AZ Technology platform.
This platform is built on the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and VRM (Vendor Risk Management) modules. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and enhancement of this platform to effectively manage the lifecycle of the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework.
This role requires close collaboration with various IT and business functions across Allianz Technology, Allianz Services, and Allianz Group center functions.
What you do
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the IRM@AZ Technology (IRM) platform, ensuring alignment with the NFRM framework requirements.
- Develop and implement performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting dashboards to ensure data quality and enable effective monitoring of business processes within the IRM platform.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive the implementation of necessary actions. Facilitate and support training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective and sustained adoption of the IRM platform.
- Oversee and support the technical harmonization and integration of the NFRM framework within the IRM platform, ensuring seamless alignment with other risk management processes at Allianz Technology. This includes functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and API configurations with other systems.
- Assist in coordinating the AZ Technology assurance program and deliver comprehensive technical assurance reports to customers. Lead the technical implementation of Control Assurance Report (CAR) dashboards using PowerBI, integrating data from the IRM platform.
- Drive key IT project initiatives, foster innovation, and manage ad-hoc projects within the IRM platform to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships while working closely with safeguarding functions, IT, and business units across Allianz Technology; Collaborate to design, develop, and refine product roadmaps for the ServiceNow IRM platform, with a particular focus on the NFRM framework and the integration of other risk management process requirements.
What you bring
- Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC and VRM modules and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to be based in Barcelona and collaborate with teams in Munich and other locations.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in risk management or IT platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
