Life & Pension Transformation Team Member

What do we expect you to bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics or other Engineering disciplines,
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis / Process Reengineering / Digital Transformation or Consultancy
  • Strong ability to work with both business, technology and operation stakeholders,
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies,
  • Good problem solving skills,
  • Eager to learn new technologies & digital tools,
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, both in Turkish and English

How can you make an impact?

  • Manage the relationship with Business units to channel all their IT & Transformation needs,
  • Design IT solutions to respond changes in existing or new systems,
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities across multiple platforms with cross-functional teams,
  • Understand and leverage digital technologies (GenAI, ML, OCR, RPA etc.) to connect business needs to relevant solutions,
  • Prepare any documentation required to implement a project,
  • Create a test plan & test cases to verify requirements and specifications are met, assist Business units during User Acceptance tests,
  • Participate in Agile Team Rituals as a team member
