Job Purpose/Role

Allianz Holding eins is responsible for Allianz Central Europe (ACE) focusing on strategic development, steering and operational improvement of the insurance, pension and asset management entities within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Allianz Holding eins Technical Excellence team is looking for a full time intern or working student for 3-6 months to support the progress of important projects in the Life & Health team:

  • Life & Health strategy: analyze the product catalog of our Life & Health entities on Protection & Health and Unit Linked, identify common features and best practices, and support the project team in defining an action plan that covers product design, communication & training and sales activation for Protection & Health and Unit Linked products.
     
  • Pension: understand the market dynamics and competitive positioning of Allianz on the 8 markets where we are present, challenge financial plan and the action plan on sales and distribution and operations and process improvement, identify common areas of work for the ACE region in the future
     
  • Strategic Dialogue: support the Life & Health team in the Strategic Dialogue process, covering both the local stage (where the strategy and action plan are discussed) and the regional discussion (where the Life & Health strategy for the whole region will be developed)

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • University degree (for an intern) or university enrollment (for a working student) in quantitative subjects such as mathematics or statistics; engineering or physics; economics)
  • Fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to steer a project with limited support
  • Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence

 

Offered salary: 2.800 €/month on the full-time basis
