Position Cluster: 

Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for Central Europe (CE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.

 

Job Purpose/Role

 

The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to collaborate close with the Regional Head of HR and to act as a first point of contact for the employees within Allianz Holding eins. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Actively manage and oversee the initial phase of the recruiting process and support from the first request of the hiring manager until the position is filled
  • Act as a first point of contact for all candidate / employee / manager queries and reliable handling the hiring and employment management via different channels
  • Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics
  • Manage all end-to-end HR activities to strictly adhere to Austrian Labor Law, including contracts, leave requests, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee and candidate data in SuccessFactors and relevant local HR systems according to the global HR guidelines; providing technical support to employees on HR systems
  • Manage the internal payroll structure and administration
  • Lead the local implementation of Allianz Group HR projects
  • Responsible for quarterly/yearly HR reportings

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HR, ideally HR Business Partner or HR Operations and in a global business environment
  • University degree in business administration, human resources, law or related studies
  • Ideally well verse in Austrian labor law and other related legislations
  • Trustworthy team player with independent and performance-oriented work approach
  • Ability to work with standard procedures and select appropriate solutions in a variety of work situations.
  • Proficient IT Skills (MS Office, SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.)
  • German and English high language proficiency

 

For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of at least EUR 60.000 gross (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
