1. Recruit and select potential agents to plan and search for high-potential prospective Broker/Agents, and conduct structured interview                                           2. Educate Broker/Agents to meet customers' needs and right attitude in insurance business                                                                                                        
3. Educate and promote the use of market analyst or underwriter to help agents manage a profitable book of business                
4. Communicate with Broker/agents about new product & support the use of appropriate sale tools and promotion materials                                                               
5. Monitor & manage Broker/agents activities regularly, and assist Broker/Agents in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests
6. Provide necessary support for Broker/agents in generating new business opportunities                                                                                                      
7. Monitor performance and financial status of Broker/agents                                                                                                        
8. Work closely with the Underwriting team and Sale Support Unit to enhance new business opportunities                                                                                           
9. Develops business plan with approval of the branch manager and BU Head and meets or exceeds goals and implements all strategies                                          
10. Monitor branch profitability, productivity and development                                                                                                        
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Insurance & Marketing knowledge
