Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

  • Ensure and management expenses within the limited budget.
  • Make suggestions/recommendations for the improvement of working procedures or processes to increase work efficiency of the unit
  • Supervise and support subordinates by providing directions, guidelines and coaching in order to increase and strengthen work effectiveness/ efficiency, good Working morale and teamwork among staff to ensure that all work is performed according to the plan and complies with company standards
  • Coordinate and report with Head office in order to have a smooth operation
  • Perform quotation based on standard underwriting, for non-standard underwriting passing to underwriting manager—Head office
  • Recruit agents and direct customer, maintain existing customer and expand new customer through the branch channel to meet the defined target
  • Plan and implement marketing activities in order to achieve defined target
  • Manage, control and supervise branch including underwriting, marketing, account & administrative function, and also claim function by coordinating with Head of Claims in order to achieve defined targe
  • Perform activities that are related to HR area including staff performance appraisal, individual career planning and staff training by cooperating with HR Department
  • Monitor and manage assigned ASO and Agent in order to support sales volume
  • Conduct a regular sales & portfolio analysis to assure the consistency of performance and to improve it if necessary
  • Promote relationships within the relevant industries on business and private level to be recognized as a reliable and valuable partner.
  • Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement.


Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
