Performance & Reward takes care of all quantitative and analytical aspects within our People Function, formerly HR Department. We use data to create business impact. We evaluate positions in our global organization and design price tags for them. We own all global compensation related processes – from budgeting to pay increase and bonus payout. We steer the global Performance Management process. We manage International Assignments and mitigate migration, social security and tax risk for business travelers. We shape our benefit landscape. We are an international team of highly qualified and engaged professionals. We are passionate about what we do and we do it with a good portion of humor. We offer Working Students / Interns experience and insights into all topics we cover. We empower Working Students / Interns to take over their own topics and drive them forward. Key Responsibilities

Support the Subject Matter Experts in the areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits, Global Mobility, Grading & Benchmarking in their day-to-day acitivies (individual preferences will be considered) with the following tasks:

  • Be active as the key contact for data and system management across 15+ international branches
  • Conduct data analyses to support data-driven strategic decisions
  • Be supportive in design and documentation of strategic People Function projects
  • Actively contribute to People Function guidelines
  • Possibility to steer first own Projects & Initiatives


Key Requirements

  • You are a Bachelor or Master Student OR you have just completed your degree and hold a valid work permit
  • You are interested in the quantitative & analytical side of the People Function
  • You are interested in data and empirical work
  • Excel means more to you than just a green icon on your desktop
  • You like to work in an international environment
  • You like to write and know how to prepare presentations
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
