Job Purpose/Role


The board area  "Business Applications" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. HRTC - one area within the Business Products board area - is responsible for the applications for a number of central functions, notably Human Resources, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance (HRTC). Our 250 people are located in Munich, Stuttgart, Trivandrum, Pune, Bucharest and Bratislava. 

For HR Platforms (HRP) - one of the departments within HRTC - we are looking for a Senior SAP Successfactors Employee Central expert to actively support the continuous development of the SuccessFactors platform of the Allianz Group from an IT perspective.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and determine client requirements and expectations, hereupon develop and deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with the client's strategy and processes
  • Support clients to successfully navigate through critical businesses changes and address complex issues 
  • Responsible for specific components within SuccessFactors from an IT perspective
  • Potentially lead of component team(s), coordinate the activities of the team(s) and overall management of project sprints, deliverables and budget including stakeholder management

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience



  • University degree (master or equivalent), preferably in technical sciences with a focus on information technology
  • SuccessFactors official certification is desired


  • In depth knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module or area, such as General EC, Time, Payroll, MDF, RBP, SF cloud platform & Reporting.
  • Expertise with IT security, data privacy, software engineering, application life cycle management and system integration.
  • Basis integration knowledge is added advantage


  • Used to and willing to work with agile teams
  • Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment


  • 5+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactors area especially in Employee Central. End to End Implementation and rollout experience.


  • Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
  • Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
