Job Purpose / Role: 
Join the AGCS Global Real Estate team, a well-established group of experts managing the offices portfolio and workplace strategy of the company. You will support the team on both strategic and physical move or renovation projects, with the aim of delivering a state-of-the-art office environment to AGCS employees. Central focus of the development of a Real Estate strategy are going to be topics such as: new working culture, ESG targets, corporate needs and requirements in a post-pandemic world. You will be part of developing: hybrid, activity based working environments, spaces that support virtual cooperation, IT and collaboration-oriented furniture set-up, emission reductions strategies, green leases, employee engagement strategies in the new office environment etc.

Key Responsibilities: 
In this role, you will…

  • Support the steering of real estate projects around the globe, including organizing activities with internal and external interface partners, project budget monitoring and project documentation preparation and upkeep.
  • Support the real estate strategy creation with focus on ESG guidelines and initiatives, hybrid, activity-based work environment, new work culture and post pandemic findings.
  • Collaborate in the team and with our interface partners to ensure an improved service and to effectively steer costs related to the projects, portfolio management and the implementation our workplace strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Allianz entities to drive the revolution of the workspace.
  • Strive to continuously improve the quality and consistency of data throughout all Real Estate focus areas. 
  • Identify interdependencies within reports, data sets and other analysis to aim towards. simplification of processes. Upkeep the reporting of both regular and Ah Hoc reports.
  • Innovate the team collaboration methods to create an engaging hybrid environment.

 

Key requirements / experiences / skills:

  • Education in a real estate environment, excellent tertiary administrative or engineering. qualification preferably in architecture, civil engineering or proved experience in the related field.
  • Considerable experience in coordination of move & construction projects including reporting.
  • Real Estate and business services acumen.
  • Deep interest in transformation projects especially in the area of office and work culture.
  • Base knowledge in budgetary controlling, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to learn/adapt to change and work across multiple cultures. 
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to recognize and deal with disputes in a rational, balanced and effective way.
  • Fluency in English is required. Any other languages would be a plus.
