Job Purpose/Role

The People Attraction and Development department ensures and enables Allianz Technology to attract, develop and retain key talent for company success. We shape and implement effective initiatives, guidelines and formats that support our branches in various countries and make sure to establish a great employee experience, from the first awareness of Allianz Technology as an employer all the way to building a fulfilling development journey and career.
The objective of the global Talent Attraction team is to design and implement global standards and innovation along the talent attraction funnel and position Allianz Technology as employer of choice for (tech) talents via a unique value proposition and effective employer branding. The team connects with recruiters worldwide to establish and coordinate the best sourcing strategy and roadmap for key positions and contributes to bringing the best talent on board via effective recruiting formats, channels as well as active sourcing and talent scouting.

Key Responsibilities



  • Consult, advise and support HR Business Partners, Generalists and management on HR topics within your area of expertise
  • Participate in and/or run projects with relation to the respective expert topic
  • In this exciting role as International Talent Scout you will be part of a global team based in three countries and be responsible for the following:
    • Act as internal, international talent broker with close interactions to talents, recruiters and talent management
    • Set-up of the talent brokerage rules and guidelines to enable talent mobility across functions and countries and by that support the transformation of Allianz Technology and strategic workforce planning
    • Be an integer contact person for talents to raise their hand for talent pools
    • Enhance key vacancies with internal candidate suggestions
    • Support the international recruiting partner in the international coordination of key roles and with potential candidates for key roles
    • Contribute to the team’s goal to establish Allianz Technology as employer of choice in the Tech industry via running projects to create a great candidate experience with key actions along the talent attraction funnel and global standards and reporting.


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • Successfully completed studies (preferably Master’s degree or similar)
  • 3-7 years of work experience – ideally in recruiting, talent management, HR Business Partner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think beyond functions and connecting the dots
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Intercultural competence
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and analytics to proof impact
  • High customer-orientation, pragmatic and solution-focused approach
  • Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members
  • Sound and comprehensive communications skills
