Job Purpose/Role

 

AGN Services is globally responsible for the operation of the Allianz Global Network. In an environment greatly shaped by outsourcing, AGN Services governs a series of partners in order to deliver to the Allianz Group stable and reliable services in the global network enviornment.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop cost-effective IT services that contribute to the overall Allianz Technology service portfolio
  • Lead initial price calculation, cost management (all cost-types) , yearly reviews and P&L controlling, inititate ordering for related components
  • End-to-end commercial responsibility for a subset of Network Services
  • Planning, forecasting and monthly P & L reporting, ensuring monthly accruals and supporting the annual financial closing
  • Responsibility for invoicing services to customers and internal departments; for ongoing controlling and answering of associated customer inquiries
  • Ongoing controlling of all service-relevant costs and revenues (P & L) of internal and external suppliers
  • Constantly developing existing and calculating new services; annual recalculation and alignment of service prices and processes to recharge services to our customer


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. industrial engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Sound business knowledge and good application of financials, preferably in the context of Service Management. Technical awareness of network services
  • Fluent in German and English and the ability to explain complex subjects in both languages
  • Work experience in an international environment desirable
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), Service Now and SAP.
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
  • Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
