Key Responsibilities

The PMO Intern role will provide value add in a number of roles within the organization. Working as part of the Employer of Choice Program you will work with the projects teams and support local teams in the certification process in the Great Place to Work Certification workstream. 

Specific PMO Duties include but not limited to

  • Taking full and direct responsibility to support and manage all aspects of assigned project activities from initial stages through to completion
  • Support in setting up communications around the Program
  • Coordinate with audit requirements for the certification and support the collection process
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables across the teams
  • Under the supervision of the Program Manager provide robust assistance to ensure activities run on time and budget
  • Under the supervision of the Program Manager manage key activities (timelines and deliverables) for both internal and external stakeholders


Key Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills required (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work comfortably under pressure
  • Creative thinker able to generate solutions to challenges
  • A strong team player who can demonstrate strong collaboration skills
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
