The Automation, Reliability & Quality Chapter supports our Workplace Product Teams to improve our Product Quality in an agile way of working environment. We are supporting and coordinating the resolution of problems and define pro-active preventive measures. Additionally, we are managing the standard tools for monitoring, automation, and CI / CD pipelines. Join us to lead the future of IT.



  • Experience in User Experience Management Tools & Products
  •  Drive the implementation of an agile and DevOps way of working
  • Responsible to automate processes using state of the art cloud-based applications
  • Experience in introducing Site Reliability Engineering
  • Drive the introduction of business value measurement
  • Leadership and development of employees according to the Allianz People Attributes
  • Responsibility for the execution of all HR-related processes, e.g. recruiting, performance management and compensation
