Job Purpose/Role


The People Attraction and Development department ensures and enables Allianz Technology to attract, develop and retain key talent for company success. We shape and implement effective initiatives, guidelines and formats that support our branches in various countries and make sure to establish a great employee experience, from the
first awareness of Allianz Technology as an employer all the way to building a fulfilling development journey and career.
The objective of the global Talent Attraction team is to design and implement global standards and innovation along the talent attraction funnel and position Allianz Technology as employer of choice for (tech) talents via a unique value proposition and effective employer branding. The team connects with recruiters worldwide to
establish and coordinate the best sourcing strategy and roadmap for key positions and contributes to bringing the best talent on board via effective recruiting formats, channels as well as active sourcing and talent scouting. In this exciting role as the global Talent Attraction team lead you will be responsible to lead a team based in
different countries that takes care of the following:
 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Develop HR solutions, concepts and processes including policies and guidelines according to the business requirements, strategic orientation and market developments
  • Consult, advise and support HR Business Partners, Generalists and management on HR topics within your area of expertise
  • Establish global Talent Attraction roadmap and sourcing strategy in close connect with Strategic Workforce Planning and Location Strategy
  • Establish Allianz Technology as employer of choice in the tech industry by via effective employer branding and candidate experience with key actions along the talent attraction funnel
  • Benchmark with Talent Attraction practices within the Tech Industry
  • Enable countries to attract, recruit and onboard talent with effective standards, processes and innovative formats
  • Establish global reporting, analytics and enable effective recruiting operations via platforms and systems
  • Support the international staffing of Executive and key roles by international recruiting coordination activities and internal international talent scouting
  • Contribute to overarching initiatives like Diversity and Inclusion and other strategic projects

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Successfully completed studies (preferably Master’s degree or similar)
  • 6-10 years of work experience – ideally in Talent Attraction in the Tech industry
  • Strong drive to shape, innovate and show impact
  • Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
  • A strong mix of analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in a hybrid and global work set-ups
  • High customer-orientation, pragmatic and solution-focused approach
  • Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
  • Fluent in English
  • Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions
  • Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
