Job Purpose/Role


The objective of the People Attraction team of Allianz Technology SE is to attract, identify and recruit the best talent for our company in Germany. Our success creates strong contribution to the corporate strategy ‘Leading IT with you’. The activities are split into three core areas: talent acquisition where we secure a seamless hiring experience for candidates, the field of talent attraction with strong focus on our EVP to attract talent in the market and become their employer of choice as well as onboarding to induct them smoothly into the organization.

Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in and/or run projects with relation to the respective expert topic
  • Deliver HR reports and evaluations in your area of expertise and ensure operational excellence of relevant HR processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of vacancies in Germany for a key part of Allianz Technology - from screening, to interview and final offer
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process in cooperation with the talent acquisition team and coordinators
  • Constantly review the talent acquisition portfolio and suggest actions for optimization and innovation
  • Close collaboration with different stakeholders and management of multiple requests in an international environment
  • Contribute to the establishment of internal and external Talent Pools


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • +5 years of relevant working experience in the area of Talent Acquisition, IT Recruiting or similar fields
  • Experience in an IT/ technology environment and / or experience in a Headhunter Agency would be a plus
  • Accomplished studies in psychology, business administration with emphasis on HR or related fields
  • Ready to work in a team with passion for continuous improvement and use of agile methods
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
  • Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level
