Job Purpose/Role


We’re looking for a Personal Assistant at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) based in Munich. For this role, we are also offering a Job-Sharing module in part time. 


At AGCS, we have a hybrid working model, which recognizes the value in a balance between remote and office-based working, giving you the flexibility to organize the way you work.


In this role, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Head of Claims Liability and Financial Lines CEE, helping to manage and prioritize time. You will ensure that he or she can focus on strategic matters by processing delegable tasks. You will participate in projects and provide input and support with corporate secretarial tasks.


Key Responsibilities


•    Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively 
•    Filter emails highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. Manage and maintain the manager's diary and email account
•    Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for manager
•    Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the executive by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
•    Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
•    Provide logistical and other support for the performance of corporate secretarial activities.
•    Undertake any other duties as requested by the manager (Team Assistants and Business Analytics)
•    Extract, compile and analyze cost center reports from SAP


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


•    Bachelor’s Degree in economics or equivalent graduation (successfully completed commercial apprenticeship)
•    Demonstrable experience (at least 1-2 years) in an administration/PA role working is desirable under tight timelines and requiring tact, judgment, and discretion
•    Experience of diary management
•    Advanced IT skills (Office applications: e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word)
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Strong prioritization skills
•    Good analytical skills 
•    Fluent in English and German in spoken and written.
