Department Description & Job Purpose
THE STAGE is where digital innovation meets creativity to develop new experiences that inspire our customers. This is your chance to gain practical insight into our diverse and international business environment, work closely with experienced consultants on key projects of the Allianz group and enhance your current studies with practical experience. Do you want to support a professional team of creatives and work on innovative projects in the fast-changing insurance market? Join Allianz Consulting’s very own media production house – THE STAGE and get the chance to develop modern ways of communication. We deliver media services across the full value chain and to all Allianz entities globally.

Key responsibilities  

Produce and edit videos that adhere to company guidelines and standards to share internally, externally and on online channels including social media.

• Your Focus will be video editing, but you will also:
  • Work on film production projects based on specific requirements, specially producing / cutting.
  • Communicate with managers and other staff members to ensure a smooth-running project.
  • Provide assistance as needed in all components of the production, including sound, lighting, camera, editing and postproduction.
  • Research topics using a variety of sources, including video archives, the internet, library archives and others.
  • Preform other duties and errands requested by managers to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner adhering to the expected quality.

Key requirements

• Proficient with state-of-the-art video production tools, like DaVinci resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut, skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Experience working with video and audio equipment
• First experience with Live Streaming or willingness to get involved in this topic
• Good analytical skills and open communication – style
• Affinity to work in high performance team with diverse backgrounds – fast learning as key
• Enrolled in accredited College or University
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
•  Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract.
• You can start in August/September and are interested in a working student position (16-20 h/week)
