About the Job 

A Working Student in Service Management for Network Services supports the team responsible for managing various aspects of network services within an organization. This role involves assisting with tasks related to the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure and service

What you do
•    Support the End-to-end AGN service lifecycle management, providing direct and focused interfaces to Customer Solution Group (CSG) 
•    Support our yearly finance planning process
•    Active support for different PMO activities
•    Establish an monthly Reporting for the Servicemanagement area
•    Support in process improvement initiatives
•    Support in the daily operational business

What you bring
•    You are at an advanced stage of your studies (Bachelor/Master) in a field of study such as economics, business informatics, engineering, information management or a related discipline.
•    Detail and organizational skills for effective content and task management.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
•    Fluency in English (written and verbal).
•    Ability to work independently and dynamically, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
•    Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
•    You are available immediately and are interested in a working student position (18h/week) for 6 months
