About the Job 
Join the Employee Experience team in Germany and work in an international team on the implementation of our Engagement, Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics. Together with our local experts you will prepare, conduct and evaluate local on-site and virtual events, drive marketing initiatives and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure an engaging experience for all of our employees. 

What you do
•    Structuring of event roadshows in Germany in alignment with different stakeholders such as Workers Council, Communication or Business Representatives
•    Support and taking over dedicated projects in the field of DE&I
•    Support collaboration with NGOs and foundations 
•    Plan and prepare marketing and promotional activities
•    Evaluation of products and events

What you bring
•    Very good communication skills in English and German 
•    Proactivity, curiosity and a “can-do” attitude
•    Strong interest in topics such as Employee Engagement, Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
•    High proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams  
•    1 -2 years of experiences
•    HR, Communication, Culture and/or Educational Science, Sociology or comparable studies, however we are open for any curious mind
•    You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
