Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, New York and Minneapolis our dedicated global teams of over 600 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.

Within our Central Functions Practice Area, the Organization Transformation team combines expertise in organizational design, transformation, strategic and cultural change management, and a deep understanding of various business domains. We assist clients within the Allianz Group in addressing strategic challenges such as reimagining their organizational structures to enhance responsiveness, driving large-scale transformations, and shaping future-ready company cultures. Our work spans international contexts and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on both short-term and long-term projects. We pride ourselves on our diversity, comprising individuals from various nationalities and backgrounds. 

Responsibilities:

• Design forward-looking, scalable, and innovative organizational models and solutions, whether in the context of digital transformation, strategic realignments, or M&A initiatives
• Create project deliverables, including organizational assessments, recommendations for optimal organizational structures, project strategies, cost estimates, and more
• Continuously enhance specialized content and consulting tools for our Organization Design services
• Depending on your level of seniority, oversee projects, project workstreams, or contribute to project tasks related to:
  • Organization Design
  • Organizational Development
  • Cultural Assessment and Cultural Change
  • Organizational Change Management, Project Training, and Project Communication
  • People and Culture Strategy and HR Transformation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Professional experience that includes responsibility for project management and delivery within a leading consulting firm or in a role related to organizational design, organizational development, change management, or HR
• Experience in conceptualizing solutions, planning implementation, and supporting changes in the domains of organization transformation, digitalization, and process improvement
• Exceptional project management abilities
• Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency with data tools
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus
