About the Job 
CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence. The CAI team within the DIXD (Digital Interaction and Experience Design) department is the single point of contact within the Allianz Group, when it comes to A.I. based services. The core purpose of the CAI unit is to shape future customer care processes using A.I. based intelligent services like Voicebots and Chatbots.

 

What you do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as implementation, development, and operations, to ensure the Conversational AI platform aligns with overall service objectives and key performance indicators (KPI). 
  • Provide support on all requests and communications for operative running customers. · Collaborate with the team to assess project/operational issues and identify solutions to improve productivity, quality, and customer goals. 
  • Supporting the team in customer implementation guidelines and trainings.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, providers, and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise. 
  • Help to coordinate user acceptance testing with business partners and service suppliers.
  • Gather and document all project-relevant information and distribute them to the correct stakeholders – ensure changes to documents and requirements are communicated accordingly.
  • Support other squads to deliver on other internal responsibilities as required. · Help in monitoring performance and KPI of 3rd party providers. 
  • Capture and document lessons learned.

 

What you bring

  • University studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar qualification · Excellent command of English; Spanish, German or other languages are a plus. 
  • Experience within the Conversational AI space would be a big plus.
  • Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment. · Experience in complex technical solutions is a big plus. 
  • Technical and Business Implementation Knowledge - proven product delivery results in an agile environment · Communication – Exhibits excellent communication skills, experience facilitating and supporting communication amongst stakeholders
  • Ability to ensure information is distributed within the project implementation team. 
  • Customer Service Attitude – Ability to manage difficult or sensitive customer situations. Experience responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback to improve services, responding to requests for service and assistance, and meeting commitments to the customer. 
  • Analytical – Ability to synthesize complex and diverse information, collect and interpret data, and design workflows and procedures. 
  • Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyses information efficiently, developing alternative and innovative solutions
  • Works well in group problem solving situations
