Allianz Technology’s Agile transformation is in full swing. Colleagues and teams around the world are currently getting familiar with the Agile methodology on different levels, learning more about how to create an Agile environment, upskilling themselves, and reorganizing their way of working.

We are looking for communications support to make sure the colleagues remain informed and confident, to present our Agile transformation efforts to a wider audience, and to tell their stories (in multiple formats and on multiple channels).

You would work closely together with the Corporate Communications team and the Agile Company team, performing a wide range of communications activities for various channels and in various formats. Our teams are international, and we closely collaborate with colleagues and experts from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of concetps and content to further promote the Agile transformation activities across the company and Allianz
• Write, edit, and publish news articles for our internal channels
• Produce visual content (e.g. videos, graphics, presentations) for internal use
• Prepare and manage internal events such as townhalls, workshops or info sessions,  
• Work collaboratively with a high-powered team of global communications professionals and Agile experts to deliver the professional quality outcomes you are striving for
• Develop and grow your project management skills by taking full responsibility of certain formats and bringing communication concepts to life
• Ensure quality of and align use and production of communications material with all involved stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a Master’s Degree with at least a Junior standing in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a closely related field of study
• Previous communications related internship experience preferred
• Familiar with content production requirements & skills (writing, visual, promotion, conceptualization)
• Excellent writing and communications skills in English (business fluent or native level)
• MS Office skills
• Social Media know-how
• Knowledge of video production, editing is a plus
• MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint).
• Team player with excellent Intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of and willingness to work Agile are a bonus
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
