Become a part of our People & Culture team. We manage not only the Recruiting but also Employer Branding, Onboarding and Diversity & Inclusion at Allianz Technology SE. In terms of Recruiting, we’re responsible for applicant sourcing, selection and interviews as well as advising our hiring managers on finding the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good recruiting experience for everyone.


You will be a valued and trusted member of our diverse team with your own area of responsibility in student recruiting and the chance to play an active role in the projects. You will

  • You drive the end-to-end recruiting process of our future Working Students and Interns
  • You support our hiring managers up to the CEO office to select the most promising candidates
  • You conduct interviews together with our departments from all over Allianz Technology and get a holistic picture of all our practice areas
  • You are the touchpoint for our prospective future Working Students and Interns and guide them through our recruitment process
  • You find new ways to optimize candidate communication and the hiring process
  • You shape and execute People Function Marketing Activities
  • You engage actively in various Human Resources projects


Your skills

  • You are an enrolled student at the advanced stages in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other studies with emphasis on HR or related fields OR in a gap year between studies
  • You are passionate about finding the best talents for our teams
  • You have acquired first working experiences in HR and talent acquisition through previous internships or working student positions
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • You are a quick learner and you are open to feedback and self-reflection
  • You have a talent for intercultural communication
  • You excel in teamwork and are passionate about taking responsibility
  • You have very good knowledge of the MS Office programs
  • Reliability, conscientiousness , commitment and initiative are among your core skills
  • You have an open personality and like to work in a team
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months or more in full-time (38h/week)
