The job purpose is to be part of the Thin Client Cloud Solution service which provides a cloud-based solution to access the virtual workspace of Allianz. The service is provided on a global level across Allianz entities with over 70.000 user. Devices are managed with the Wyse Management Suite, which is a flexible hybrid cloud solution that enables IT admin to securely manage Dell client devices from anywhere. Wyse Management Suite centrally configures, monitors and optimizes Dell client devices powered by Dell Hybrid Client and thin clients.


Be the IT provider of the Allianz Group to run, optimize, transform and innovate infrastructure, applications and services together with organizational entities to co-create the best customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support of the engineering team
  • Understanding of the overall concept and aspects of the service
  • Engagement with customers or clients and provision of service
  • Learning and proficiency on internal software systems
  • Assistance in creating various reports
  • Rotation in roles through various domains within the team like operations, projects, etc.


Key Requirements

  • Computer Science Major, Bachelor or Master
  • Intermediate level of understanding of Thin Clients and VDI infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of relevant business applications and systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of change, problem and incident management
  • Ability to understand organizational needs, workflow and IT requirements
  • High accuracy, reliability, flexibility, pro-activeness and working independently
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
