Talent Management team is a part of Group HR in the global headquarters of Allianz Group. How can you make an impact? 

 

By acting as a sparring partner, you will closely support our Talent Managers in all operational and strategic tasks regarding their responsibility for talent management. Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Managing and handling daily tasks, meetings, and ad-hoc requests, support with various operational and administrative tasks 
  • Create, adapt, and update data bases and presentations (including for the C-suit stakeholders and the Board of Management of Allianz Group)
  • Support with conceptualization, development, and organization of programs (including mentoring, coaching, career counselling, job swap / rotation / shadowing programs, executive development centers) 
  • Maintain great working relationships with the service providers in multiple projects 

 

What are you made of? 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

  • Enrolled as a student in one of the following areas: Business, Management, Psychology, or similar
  • You are at an advanced stage of your degree and have a proven track record
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (German or additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong MS Office capabilities (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

  • We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

    • Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Comprehensive organizational skills and accurate attention to details
  • Proactive, curious to learn, and with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • Sensitive to intercultural differences and corporate politics
  • Well-developed social skills and diligent work ethics
  • Previous experience in Project / HR Management and in an international environment would be beneficial
