Key responsibilities / You will:

  • Provide IT consulting services to assigned clients and manage all tasks autonomously or on with guidance from a senior leader, provide support to OEs and Group Centers to implement AZ Group initiatives, change management and business improvement
  • Maintain appropriate staffing with Allianz Consulting continuous employee rotation and ensure high motivation of staff through coaching and conflict management
  • Lead the project team in order to achieve successful completion of all set targets
  • Co-create the on-the-job and longer-term career development plans for all members of your line team by following the minimum standards and processes
  • Provide content leadership to clients by also delegating responsibilities to team members, synthesize conclusions and deliverables, anticipating obstacles and finding solutions by focusing on clients’ satisfaction
  • Build client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor to main clients, understand clients’ needs and support the resolving of issues. Anticipate and suggest potential projects according to the clients’ requirements and lead sales pitches
  • Support business development and quality management education through training facilitation and the responsible development of service offerings
  • Contribute to the achievement of all Allianz Consulting targets and results by achieving collective agreed team revenue, cost and profit targets including relevant KPIs


Key requirements / What you should bring: 

  • Operational IT project management or IT consulting experience > 6 years
  • University degree in a relevant discipline such as IT Management / Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and proficient in working and communicating with a wide range of audiences and management levels
  • Broad experience in project- and program management methods and techniques and in Release and IT Service management
  • Conceptual and implementation experience, strategic and operational management experience
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills combined with hands-on mentality, able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership and international work experience, strong motivational interpersonal skills


We would appreciate it if you also brought:

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and implementation, e.g. the enablement of Scrum teams in agile quality-driven delivery
  • Advanced experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization as well as training and lecturing
  • Insurance business knowledge or extensive knowledge in an adequate business area
