At Allianz Technology, we are looking for a Working Student / Intern as Project Manager in our workplace services department.

The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk. The department is currently being transformed to work in an agile way to drive the constant high delivery quality and timeliness. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

As an intern / working student you will be a part of our global team. Among others, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Support in IT-Service management (e.g. asset management, provider management and tracking, reporting and project management) 

  • Collaborate with our Service Provider to ensure service stability during the implementation phase 

  • Contributing to the agile setup of global services and processes 

  • Maintain and update department intranet pages   

  • Creation of management slides in PowerPoint 

  • Follow-up meetings and handling of daily operational tasks 

 

Key Requirements 

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in computer science, information systems, business administration or technical study program with background in IT: 

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken and ideally in German 

  • Reliability and ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility 

  • High  IT affinity – Ideally in Hardware Area 

  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally in Jira & Confluence 

  • Ideally knowledge in Agile methods (SCRUM)

  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)​

  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
