Chief People Officer – Allianz Services India

Position Summary

Member of the Allianz Services India Management team accountable for People Experience Function for AZ Services India. Leading the people functions covering Talent attraction, Learning & Development, Talent Engagement & Retention, HR Operations, HR Business Partner, Performance & Rewards, Talent Management, International Mobility etc. Responsible to create  a Great Place to Work by driving iclusive meritocracy, high Performance, customer centricity, diversity and inclusion thereby embedding these in the culture of the organisation. Providing leadership to the organization & building  a high Performing Organization by collaborating with the global teams to develop and implement key people initiatives & program. The role of HR is to support drive the organization through the change agenda (e.g. upskilling, resilience)”

Key Responsibilities

Strategy - Define and execute Local People Experience strategy in line with global strategy to create and sustain highly matured People Experience practices.Drive Target Operating Model, Policies/Standards and Functional Rules within Allianz Services India aligned to the Allianz Group policies and standards.  

~Driving Engagement & Experience - Evolve People Experience policies to sustain high levels of engagement and retention in line with market developments. Strong advocacy to create an organization culture in line with the purpose and values of the AZS.
 ~Talent Acquisition  - Establish and implement effective Talent Acquisition Strategy for Allianz Services India to support business growth. Reduce Time to Hire and Cost of Hiring through Innovation and Continious Improvement
 ~Skill Development & Learning - Establish an effective Learning and Development Strategy to build a talent pool that can cater to existing and future domain & skill requirements.  for skills and capabilities in alignment with overall Allianz Services growth strategy. 
~Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - Responsible to promote diversity, inclusion and equality across the organisation to build an open culture, where transparent feedback and exchange of opinions are encouraged & respected.
 ~People Operations & Regulatory Compliance - Responsible to lead, manage and ensure compliance of people practices & employment terms in accordance with the local and Group regulations and standards, at all stages of the employee life cycle.

- Adapting to the quickly changing landscape of people experience and creating an inclusive workforce
- identifying and addressing the potential talent gaps to meet future demand of skills and competencies
- Managing a multi-generational workforce while sustaining the organizational culture and values
