What you do

 

Reinsurance closing: 

  1.  run the monthly accounting process using Reinsurance tool SAP FSRI  on the defined timing and ensuring data quality; 
  2.  computation of the inward business from the Allianz Trade entities and external cedents before calculating and booking the retrocession to external reinsurers; 

Reinsurance paybales and receivables management:

  1.   Reinsurance Statement of Accounts: collect / booking of the SoA received from the cedents; preparation and communication of the SoA to the external reinsurers.   
  2.   Reinsurance payments: preparation, booking and clearing of the payments; regular review of the open items.

IFRS reporting:

  1. Control of the interface from FSRI to SAP FI;
  2. Ensure intercompany reconcilaition in the perimeter of Allianz Trade and Allainz SE;
  3. Work together with the controller to prepare the reporting via the Business Warehouse tools and 
  4. Support during the audit review

Projects: IT user testing of reinsurance and financial systems

Record the technical reserves in a timely and proper manner based on the actuarial calculations and on the technical accounting process.

Record the alignments linked to the technical result based on the management's decision.

Monitor and check that the records are consistent with the instructions provided by the manager / senior TA.

Participate in the budget process, including within the reinsurance framework.

Run the full reinsurance process in FS-RI for a predefined scope.

Participate in the ongoing preparation of analyses and reports.

Coordinate reinsurance regional deliveries .

Provide documents / extractions during audit sessions related to the defined scope.


What you bring

 

Knowledge of the insurance market and banking market:

  • Good knowledge of the credit insurance industry and its products.

Financial Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting with 3 years of experience.

Interpersonal Skills

  •  Ability to interact in the regional team and with the local teams of chartered accountants.
  • Be curious in various areas and be proactive: take notes, perform tasks.
