Role & Responsibilities

  • This is a 12-month contract position to assist the team in delivering supreme customer services in a professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and services, and ensure customers are provided with accurate information
  • Handle and resolve client' enquiries and request including product and service information and financial advisory via inbound calls, outbound calls or face-to-face interactions
  • Provide support to customers on self-service online trading and transaction handlings
  • Responsible for the chatbot project and overseeing its daily operation
  • Assist in improving functionality for the e-Commerce website from the user perspective
  • Assist in preparing e-sales campaign, planing online/offline events to attract new clients and handling e-commerce projects
  • Support daily operation of the department

 

Experience / Knowledge Qualifications and Skills

Qualification & Experience

  • College/University graduate with major in finance/marketing related disciplines is desirable
  • Have passed the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional Qualification Examination
  • At least 2 years' client service and complaint handling experience in financial services industry (asset management preferred)
  • Reliable with experience in handling confidential information and documents

 

Technically and Functional Skills

  • Possess project planning skills including develop project schedules, resources plan, work plans, resolve issues and present your project to major stakeholders and team members
  • Good computer literacy and Chinese & English word processing
  • Ability to learn various software programs quickly
  • An enthusiastic and well-mannered networker who enjoys connecting and helping others
  • A good team player with excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills
  • Work efficiently under stress and able to handle complaints independently and confidently
  • Highly motivated, flexible and hard-working

 

Language

  • Intermediate level of English (listening/speaking/Writing) and Taiwanese (listening/speaking)
