What you do

1. 所分配网点的业务开拓及业务目标达成；
2. 培训和辅导银行网点人员销售公司产品；
3. 提高银行人员销售品质，对银行人员的销售资质进行管理；
4. 单证交接、初审及资料配送等；
5. 提供咨询、问题件处理、售前售后服务等；
6. 追踪确保保单回执回收；
7. 对于电话回访不成功件，配合进行跟踪回访，确保客户信息准确；
8. 协助后援部门处理客户投诉；
9. 遵守公司各项规章制度，参加规定的各种会议和培训，按规定填写各类活动管理工具；
10. 完成主管交办的其他事项。

What you bring

1. 大学本科及以上学历，具有经济、金融、财税、法律等相关知识，银保从业经验在2年以上的同业绩优人员学历可放宽至大专；
2. 至少1年以上银保销售经验；
3. 具备良好的语言表达能力及协调、公关能力。
